Aldi is my number one store recommendation for doing Keto on a budget. They have great every day prices on Keto items and I check the sales ad every week for more good deals. This week’s main event is BUTTER! Butter is a staple in the Keto diet-delicious, high fat and pairs well with almost everything. And butter is on sale at my stock up price. Meaning, this is the lowest price I see butter and will stock up on as much as I can use or store. I suggest you do too. Stocking up on staples when they are at rock bottom prices is one of my biggest tips for sticking to your budget. I’ve highlighted the best deals this week, paired them with a meal plan and included some tricks for using the fabulous butter than is on sale.

Ideas for using/storing BUTTER (since it’s on super sale this week)

1. Make Ghee and store in mason jars (recipe here) 
2. Make herb butter-use this recipe for 12 different varieties 
3. Freeze it! This article gives you all the details you’ll need for proper storage. Salted butter lasts about 12 months in the freezer and unsalted 6 months.

Day 1

Day 2
Breakfast: Keto sausage breakfast casserole (recipe here) this is another recipe that you can make today and eat for the next several days
Lunch: Bell Pepper crust sandwich (think the pepper is the bread) (recipe here)
Dinner: Low Carb Bourbon glazed ham (recipe here) pair with a side salad or your favorite veggie with butter for a side
Snack: Bacon-cheesy fat bomb (recipe here) 

Day 3
Breakfast: Cheesy Sausage Puffs (recipe here) This recipe makes quite a few puffs, so you could make this once and eat all week!
Lunch: Bacon wrapped Cream Cheese stuffed chicken (recipe here) 
Dinner: Keto ham and cheese bake (recipe here)
Snack: cut up bell peppers (can have brie or goat cheese on the side)
