Aldi is my number one store recommendation for doing Keto on a budget. They have great every day prices on Keto items-like heavy cream, cheeses, eggs, olives, pickles, and veggies. And I check the sales ad every week for more good deals.

This week there isn’t much on sale. I’ve still put together some meal ideas and links to great recipes that you can make with what is on sale. But if you’ve been stocking up on sales from previous weeks, now is the time to dig into your freezer and use what you’ve got. Or you can check out other stores or farmers markets in your area for better deals
