Keto Deals and Recipe Ideas at Aldi (week of 9/26)

Stock up on ground beef this week at Aldi! 73% ground beef is on sale for $1.79 a pound. This is a stock up price for me-meaning this is one of the lowest prices I see ground beef, so I will buy and freeze as much as I can expect use in the next 3-4 months. I would suggest you do the same. If you buy and freeze meat when it’s on sale, you’ll have it on hand to use when there isn’t a good price on meat. If you look at what was on sale at Aldi last week, you’ll see what I mean (see the post here). 

You’ll also see my favorite veggie-brussels sprouts on sale. And check out good deals on spinach, chicken thighs and more.

There isn’t much on sale for desserts or fat bombs, so I’ve linked some prepackaged treats that you might consider trying out. If not, you can always rely on Aldi’s regular priced items that are good deals-like frozen fruits, cream cheese, or heavy whipping cream to throw together for a quick dessert!
