Aldi is my go-to store for doing Keto on a budget-for vegetables, eggs, cheeses, cream and more. Sometimes I’ll stock up on meats at Aldi too, if the price is right (like this week). If not, one of my go-tos to stock up on meat is Zaycon (if you don’t know about Zaycon, check them out here-they’re amazing and a hug money saver). Remember to check your local ad for sale prices and dates in your area!
