Save Money at Whole Foods!
Ok, super exciting Whole Foods news.
I’m not usually a Whole Foods shopper. I find it hard to save money at Whole Foods, their prices tend to be outside of my budget and they are about 25 minutes from my house. But, they do have a few things I like to get as a treat (like Lily’s chocolate or Smart Sweets). So, if I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll usually stop in, pick up a couple of treats and search for deals!
I was near Whole Foods this week and I decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did. My local store has signs everywhere letting me know that Amazon Prime members get discounts at Whole Foods!?!?!?! I know, so exciting.
And the discounts are really good. This week, you can save 25% on all bulk food. This also includes fresh ground nut butters!
Plus, you save 10% on yellow ticket items-which are sale items. It’s already on sale, plus an extra 10% off! Yes, I’m in!
These savings are awesome for anyone shopping at Whole Foods, but especially being on the Keto diet, things get expensive. All the meats, nuts and treats really add up. But this new savings program will you save money and stick to your Keto budget.

What is Keto friendly at Whole Foods?
You should always check labels and ingredients to make sure what you are getting fits your style of Keto and you are comfortable with what you’re buying. Also every store is different, so your results may vary.
Here is a list of popular Keto items you can look for to save at at Whole Foods (remember yellow tags are 10% off):
– Smart Sweets
– Natural Calm (magnesium)
– Quest Bars
– Protein Powder
– Sale or reduced cuts of meats
– Almond Flour (and other flour substitutes)
– Lily’s Chocolate
– Coconut Milk Yogurt
– MCT oil
– Special Cheese (like Halloumi)
– Fresh Ground Peanut and – Almond Butter
My final tip is to remember that just because it’s on sale or you’re getting a discount, doesn’t mean it fits your budget or is a good price. Double check everything and never over-pay for Keto (or any) groceries again.
