What's in the Keto vanilla spice milkshake?

The ingredients are super simple! And should be staples you have at home already. Almond milk, coconut milk, spices and vanilla. 

For the coconut milk, you can use the kind in the carton (shelf stable or refrigerated) or the full fat coconut milk from the can. Both work well in this recipe and you can use what you have on hand. 

You can also try experimenting with all almond or all coconut milk to find what you enjoy most. 

Plus if you’re needing extra fat in your macros or wanting to use this as a meal replacement, you can add a tablespoon of MCT oil for an added boost!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (can use full fat from the can too)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp stevia or erythritol (can add more or less to taste)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice and enjoy!
