Keto Christmas Jello Cups

Keto Christmas Jello Cups are incredibly simple to make, budget friendly and are perfect to make for any Christmas dinner, event, party or celebration. Two boxes of sugar free Jello and homemade sweetened whipped cream is all you need. Make this super inexpensive, delicious and creamy dessert today! 

Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar free lime jello
  • 1 box sugar free raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 TBSP powdered erythritol (or Swerve) see notes above for options
  • 6 small plastic cups can use more or less depending on the size of the cup

Instructions

  1. Place 6 small plastic cups on a tray (tray makes it easier to transport to and from the fridge)

  2. Place sugar free raspberry jello powder in a bowl and add 1 cup boiling water and stir well

  3. Add 1 cup cold water and stir

  4. Divide raspberry jello between the 6 cups and refrigerate until set 

  5. Place sugar free lime jello powder in a bowl and add 1 cup boiling water and stir well

  6. Add 1 cup cold water and stir

  7. Divide lime jello between the 6 cups and refrigerate until set 

  8. Whip the heavy cream and sweetener to stiff peaks

  9. Dollop the whipped cream on top of each jello cup. Or use a piping bag or gallon size storage bag to swirl cream on top

  10. Serve or refrigerate until you are ready to serve. And ENJOY!
