Save Money at Whole Foods!

Ok, super exciting Whole Foods news.

I’m not usually a Whole Foods shopper. I find it hard to save money at Whole Foods, their prices tend to be outside of my budget and they are about 25 minutes from my house. But, they do have a few things I like to get as a treat (like Lily’s chocolate or Smart Sweets). So, if I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll usually stop in, pick up a couple of treats and search for deals!

I was near Whole Foods this week and I decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did. My local store has signs everywhere letting me know that Amazon Prime members get discounts at Whole Foods!?!?!?! I know, so exciting.

And the discounts are really good. This week, you can save 25% on all bulk food. This also includes fresh ground nut butters!

Plus, you save 10% on yellow ticket items-which are sale items. It’s already on sale, plus an extra 10% off! Yes, I’m in!

My final tip is to remember that just because it’s on sale or you’re getting a discount, doesn’t mean it fits your budget or is a good price. Double check everything and never over-pay for Keto (or any) groceries again.
