Keto Halloween Candy Corn Jello Cups

Keto Halloween Jello Cups are incredibly simple to make, budget friendly and are perfect to make for any Halloween event, party or celebration. Two boxes of sugar free Jello and homemade whipped cream is all you need. Make this super inexpensive, delicious and creamy Halloween dessert today!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Lemon Jello (3 oz box)
  • 1 box Sugar-Free Orange Jello (6 oz box)
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6-8 Plastic Cups (use more or less depending on size)

Instructions

  1. Place 8 small plastic cups on a tray (tray makes it easier to transport to and from the fridge)

  2. Place sugar free lemon jello powder in a bowl and add 1 cup boiling water and stir well

  3. Add 1 cup cold water and stir

  4. Divide the lemon jello between the 8 cups (about 1/4 cup per plastic cup) and refrigerate until set 

  5. Place sugar-free orange jello in a bowl and add 2 cups boiling water and stir well

  6. Add 2 cup cold water and stir

  7. Divide the orange jello between the 8 cups (about 1/4 cup per plastic cup) and refrigerate until set 

  8. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks

  9. Dollop the whipped cream on top of each jello cup. Or use a piping bag or gallon size storage bag to swirl cream on top

  10. Serve or refrigerate until you are ready to serve. And ENJOY!
